One-on-one private coaching sessions offer clients a safe space to explore sensitive topics, set the agenda for each session, and create a timeline best suited to the client's needs.  Sessions are 60-minutes in a standard coaching package and the number of sessions will be set by the client's needs.  

The Energy Leadership Index Assessment (ELI) is a subjective assessment which teaches parents to recognize each of the seven levels of energy, his or her own default tendencies, and the ability to interpret the energy of others. Building this understanding allows parents to recognize what is happening in the moment and to choose the appropriate energetic response to achieve his or her goals.
